wagon not installing on ubuntu

I have ruby: ruby 2.7.0p0 (2019-12-25 revision 647ee6f091) [x86_64-linux-gnu] and also imagemagick, bundler, rake installed still when I try to run gem install locomotivecms_coal --pre it fails with these errors
