How to remove editable_elements in index?

Hello, I am not able to remove the edtable_elements from my home page or remove the home page.

I have tried with:

bundle exec wagon delete production page index

It gives me the following error.

bundler: failed to load command: wagon (/Users/....../.rbenv/versions/2.5.3/bin/wagon)
Locomotive :: Coal :: UnauthorizedError: Unauthorized

bundle exec wagon deploy production -r pages -d
